Groei jaaromzet Aegide Group 3 jaar lang gemiddeld hoger dan 20 procent

28/02/2011 Aegide Group sluit boekjaar 2010 af met 17 procent omzetgroei.
Aegide heeft 2010 afgesloten met een totale omzet van ongeveer 35 miljoen euro. Een groei van 17 procent ten opzichte van 2009 en 80 procent omzetgroei over de afgelopen 5 jaar.

8 November 2010 Minkels wins Brabantse Economieprijs 2010
Minkels has won the Brabantse Economieprijs 2010. This prize, which is awarded once every three years, was set up by the Province of Noord-Brabant with the intention of applauding the efforts of successful companies that dare to invest in innovation and innovative products, thereby providing dynamism and economic growth.

4 February 2009 Aegide embraces the Code of Conduct on Data Centres Energy Efficiency.

19 November 2008 EU Code of Conduct paves way for significant energy savings in Data Centres.
The key aim of the Code of Conduct is "to inform and stimulate Data Centre operators to reduce energy consumption in a cost-effective manner without hampering the critical function of the facility". This is achieved through a series of best practice recommendations which focus on design in areas such as software, IT architecture and infrastructure.

6 November 2008. Cortexon chosen as best industrial supplier in the Netherlands!
Cortexon was chosen on 5 November 2008 as the best industrial supplier in the Netherlands. The jury selected Cortexon from 154 companies nominated by outsourcers as the winner of the Dutch Industrial Supplier Award 2008, which was awarded for the seventh time in succession.

20 October 2008 Aegide congratulates ECOserver with the Digikring Innovation Award!
ECOserver has won the Digikring Innovation Award. ECOserver of Tilburg in the Netherlands is a supplier of energy-efficient hardware. The ECOserver concept has been developed in close collaboration with Cortexon, and ECOserver is produced entirely by Cortexon.

July 15th 2008 ICT sector to make 30% energy savings.
The ICT sector wishes to reduce energy consumption. It is estimated that by 2020, energy consumption by the ICT sector will have doubled compared to 2006! The ICT sector has therefore agreed with the Ministry of Economic Affairs that consumption in 2020 must have decreased by 30 percent. This intention was laid down in an agreement yesterday. It was also considered whether an energy saving of 50 percent is possible by 2030.

November 22nd 2007 Aegide in hands of management.
As from 3rd November 2007 the management of Aegide BV has acquired the shares of parent company Minkels International B.V.

November 7th 2007 GDCM and Minkels team up on data centre management.
Minkels has announced partnership with GDCM to sell its nlyte solution in Benelux, Germany, France and Switzerland.

March 12th 2007 Minkels becomes Aegide.
The name is part of a new corporate philosophy, a new focus and a new market approach.
